We are seeking a results oriented Operations Manager to oversee our real estate investment firm's property management division in the Florida panhandle area

This is a local, full time position.

This person will be heavily involved in the day to day operations that includes

• marketing,
• leasing,
• collections,
• maintenance and
• unit turns (project management)

Experience needed:

• Experience in identifying, analyzing and solving new problems in a fast paced environment
• Operations and management experience
• that is, you have managed projects to a high standard
• and you have managed people (contractors and/or internal team members)
• have a strong understanding of standard operating procedures to drive results
• project management experience
• property management experience not required, real estate experience not required but a plus

Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience
